E-Copy Publishing Guidelines

Publishing high-quality e-copies is essential to ensure consistency, academic integrity, and global accessibility. RK Publication follows structured guidelines to maintain excellence in digital publishing.

1. Formatting and Layout

  • Use standard fonts such as Times New Roman or Arial 

  • Font size: 12 pt (body), 14–16 pt (headings) 

  • Maintain 1.5 line spacing and uniform margins (1 inch on all sides) 

  • Include page numbers, headers, and footers where appropriate 

2. Content Structure

  • Organize content into clear sections and subsections 

  • Ensure a logical and coherent flow of information 

  • Use descriptive headings and subheadings for clarity 

3. Graphics and Multimedia

  • Include only high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum) 

  • Ensure all visuals (charts, tables, figures) are relevant and labeled properly 

  • Provide captions and source acknowledgment for all media 

4. Citations and References

  • Follow a standard citation style (APA / MLA / Vancouver as applicable) 

  • Ensure all references are accurate, complete, and consistently formatted 

  • Avoid plagiarism and properly cite all sources 

5. Accessibility Standards

  • DOI ensures:
