Book Chapter Review Process

RK Publication follows a rigorous and transparent peer review system to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, originality, and ethical integrity in all published works.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the RK Publication submission system or via the official email. All necessary files, including the main manuscript and supplementary materials, must be uploaded according to the submission guidelines.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, the manuscript is evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Team to ensure:

  • Relevance to the publication scope 

  • Compliance with formatting guidelines 

  • Basic academic quality 

Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at this stage without external review.

3. Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are subjected to a double-blind peer review process, where:

  • The identity of the authors is hidden from reviewers 

  • The identity of reviewers is concealed from authors 

The manuscript is assigned to at least two independent subject experts for evaluation.

4. Reviewer Evaluation

Reviewers assess the manuscript based on:

  • Originality and novelty 

  • Scientific and academic significance 

  • Methodological rigor 

  • Clarity of presentation 

  • Ethical compliance 

Detailed feedback and constructive suggestions are provided to improve the quality of the manuscript.

5. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers’ comments, the editorial team makes one of the following decisions:

  • Accept as it is 

  • Minor Revision Required 

  • Major Revision Required 

  • Reject 

6. Revision and Resubmission

If revisions are requested, authors must:

  • Address all reviewer comments carefully 

  • Highlight changes made in the manuscript 

  • Resubmit within the specified timeframe 

The revised manuscript may be re-evaluated by the reviewers or editorial team.

7. Final Decision

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on:

  • Reviewer recommendations 

  • Quality of revisions 

  • Overall contribution of the manuscript 

Accepted manuscripts proceed to the production stage.

8. Proofreading and Publication

Before final publication:

  • Authors receive proofs for final review 

  • Minor corrections can be made at this stage 

After approval, the manuscript is published online and/or in print with assigned identifiers (ISBN/DOI).

9. Ethical Standards

RK Publication strictly adheres to internationally accepted ethical guidelines, including those recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Any form of peer review manipulation or misconduct will be investigated thoroughly 

  • The review process is conducted through a secure and transparent system 

  • Confidentiality and integrity are maintained at all stages
